online order form. Simply
open the order form, enter your
address and the product
quantities required (yellow
fields), and click the send
order button.
We'll then
email you an invoice.
Please ensure you process your
payment promptly, orders will
only be picked and shipped upon
receipt of funds.
We deliver free of charge
to the UK if your order is over
£1500 (ex VAT).

DELIVERY on all orders
totalling £1500 (ex VAT) or over
in the UK. For orders less than
this amount carriage will be
charged at cost (added to the
amount payable on the invoice).

ORDERS: Please note all export
orders are sold ex works (buyer
arranges collection).
You can
arrange for your own courier to
collect if preferred, if so
please advise when ordering
using the comments box (sorry we
cannot accommodate private
collections).

receive your invoice we need to
receive your payment promptly.

BUYER PROTECTION:
We
accept PayPal
payments if your account
is
confirmed and
verified and you live in
the UK, USA or Canada
(sorry not accepted
outside these
countries). If you wish
to pay by this method
please notify us with
your order (there is a
drop-down menu on the
order form), we shall
then send a PayPal
Money Request to
your email address.
Please note: You are
FULLY protected by the
PayPal Buyer
Protection programme
in the unlikely event of
a loss or dispute over
your order, but your
PayPal account must be
confirmed in order
for us to accept this
method of payment.
Bank Transfer:
You
can pay by Bank Transfer
providing no fee is
passed on to us from
your bank (usually in
the form of a deduction
from the total amount we
receive).
Please indicate you wish
to pay this way when
ordering (there is a
drop-down menu on the
order form), we shall
then email you the bank
transfer information you
need. It usually takes
around 3 working days
for a bank transfer to
go through unless you
pay through an HSBC bank
which is instant. Once
cleared we shall then
ship your order (or you
can arrange collection).
Cheques (Check),
Postal Order and
International Money
Orders:
Once
you have received your
invoice by email please
print a copy and post it
back to us along with
your payment to the UK
address provided on the
invoice. Please make
payable to UK
TradeSource Ltd.
Note: If you want to
pay outside the UK by a
cheque drawn outside the
UK (or a foreign bankers
draft) please add £7 to
cover the bank charge.
Remember there will be a
delay if paying by
cheque, please allow
time for the payment to
clear.
